Stacy Spangler (@stacyspanglerart) is an Arkansas native who currently lives in Goshen, Arkansas. Stacy considers herself a self-taught artist, and is known for her use of bright color, heavy texture, and collage elements in her art. Her playful style has been greatly influenced by over a decade of teaching art to children.

She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and worked many years in corporate marketing. After the birth of her first child, she left the workplace to be a full-time stay-at-home mom. Stacy grew up with a love for creating but discovered her passion for painting when she started teaching art to children from her home in 2007.

Stacy loves teaching and encouraging others to grow their artistic ability, embrace their own style, and use their creative talents to bring more joy into the world. She currently sells her artwork online and in retail boutiques and galleries in the South. She now teaches adults mixed media courses online, and in person through workshops and retreats. Stacy is also an avid art journaling artist, and contributor to Art Journal Kickstarter-Pages and Prompts to Energize your Art Journals, published by North Light Books.

Sarah Hayek (@thegrumpybrush) is a self-taught artist who works with oil paint on canvas. Her love of visual arts has led her to acquire a university degree in Cinematography.

Over the last 10 years, she has developed and fine-tuned her style in order to convey more depth and emotion. She has practiced with all kinds of mediums, including but not limited to watercolor, graphite, acrylic and ink. After a period of exploration, her interest fell in oil paint, which represents to her the ideal way for self-expression.

She fluctuates between still-lives and landscapes to create colorful and vibrant oil paintings influenced by contemporary impressionism. She finds solace in her creations and artwork which in turn help her reconnect with nature and guide her through her journey of self-discovery, self-recovery, and self-fulfillment.

Sarah Hill David (@sarahhilldavidart) is a mixed media, west coast Canadian artist living on Vancouver Island. Her work is tactile, vibrant, joyful and expressive, and finds its roots in nature. She is inspired by the colours and shapes found in her daily moments and surrounding environment. In the early stages of her creative process, she often paints with her hands, subsequently weaving this playfulness with her more formal design sensibilities to create something unexpected that resides somewhere between abstract and representational. Through her art, Sarah finds peace of mind and a connection to her every day.
